Government – Department of Industry Building
This project covers a total floor space of 8,500m2 government office facility over four storeys. The site provides on-site multi-level parking for 393 vehicles. The site holds a 5-star Green Star design 4.5-star NABERS rating for sustainable design and construction.
N2 Engineering Consultants was engaged in the construction stage to develop the tender design to 100% coordinated design for construction purpose.
