Nathan is a passionate, approachable and result-driven engineer who oversees all elements of engineering design, documentation, works at construction phase, commercial and business relationships. Nathan believes that a correct combination of reliability and innovation is the key to a good engineering design, and there is always more than one solution to an engineering issue. BIM/CAD Services Manager | Office Manager
Nicole has over 6 years of experience in the modelling and drafting field of building services industry, including leading a large BIM team across multiple offices, BIM implementation, establishing efficient processes and company standards and BIM team technical development, both in software and services coordination. Her passion and drive for the Digital Built Environment has led her to successfully delivering high quality coordinated BIM models for complex and challenging projects across multiple sectors.
Her key values that drive her passion for Digital Engineering solutions are Imagination, Innovation, Consistency, Efficiency and Precision.
Nicole also holds an advanced diploma in accounting, she is responsible for daily operations and customer services for our vibrant office. Her management and customer service experience has allowed her to offer the expertise in building partnerships, cultivating relationships and presenting appropriate solutions to meet even exceed our clients’ expectations.

Daniel is a Mechanical Engineer (NSW registered mechanical certifier) with over a decade of specialised HVAC experience across the residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality sectors.
