Residential – Regis Apartments, Hot Water Services Upgrade
Regis towers consist of 3 x towers i.e. Pitt tower, Castlereagh tower and Campbell tower. These towers are mixed-use developments containing 569 x residential and hotel apartments, 77 office suites. The development was completed in 1997.
The central hot water plants serving these three towers are almost at the end of their life span, N2 was engaged by the building management to conduct a feasibility study of providing options as well as detail design for the hot water plants upgrade works.
