Recreation – MLC Theatre
The 1100-seat Theatre Royal is one of Australia’s oldest theatres, dating back to the 1870s. But most of us will know it in its current form, reopened in the 1970s and designed by famed Australian architect Harry Seidler as a replacement for the old theatre that was demolished when the MLC Centre was built. It is N2’s honour to take the responsibility of hydraulic and fire design for refurbishment of this old building with history.
N2 Engineering Consultants was engaged in the construction stage to develop the tender design to 100% coordinated design for construction purpose.
